Based upon the information gathered in through our business analysis and scoping team, together with the key system owners at the client team, we design and configure the final solution. Info Tech will assign the relevant consultants who have specific experience in solutions such as the client thus providing information regarding effective use of the solution.
Key client staff will be involved in this process to make pertinent configuration decisions, whilst increasing client knowledge and ownership of the solution. At the completion of these workshops, we will have completed the basic configuration of Sage Accpac system ready for testing and process training.
Info Tech expects key staff will have the skills to maintain the configurations of their Sage Accpac system and be in a position to provide assistance to other client staff.
