Info Tech offers a Helpdesk support service called ITAssist. ITAssist is more than just a standard Helpdesk service at the end of the phone. 4. the ITService suite; a group of 24 x 7 services that include mail scanning, SPAM filtering, server availability monitoring and alerts, as well as a series of service options that bring enterprise level technologies to your organisation without the enterprise level investment.
